Cancellation & Refund Policies

Standard Cancellation: The following cancellation policy will be applicable as per our Company regulations:
- Cancellations made 21 days before the check–in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Any cancellations made within 21 days of the check–in date are non–refundable.
- If the guest wishes to cancel prior to 30 days of the check–in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- For any cancellations made within 30 days of the check–in date, the booking amount will be non–refundable.
- Refunds are applicable only in cases where 100% payment has been made; partial payments are non–refundable.
- Refunds will be processed in 7-9 days post cancellation request.
- Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as no–show & no refund will be given.
- No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.

Peak Dates/Long Weekends:
- Bookings during these dates are non–cancellable and non–refundable.
Amendments & Cancellations After Check-In:
- No amendments or cancellations are allowed after check–in. Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded once check–in has occurred.
